The Supreme Court of the State of Marshall hereby grants Plaintiff Marshall Anti-Censorship Coalition, Inc., leave to appeal the decision of the Court of Appeals in cause number 97- 01-CV-0105, affirming the Princeton County Circuit Court's award of judgment in favor of the State of Marshall.
The Court further grants Plaintiff Marshall Anti-Censorship Coalition, Inc., leave to appeal the decision of the Court of Appeals in cause number 97-01-CV-0106, reversing the judgment of the Princeton County Circuit Court and remanding the cause to the circuit court for further proceedings.
The two cases shall be consolidated in the Supreme Court, and the parties shall address the following issues on appeal:
(1) Whether the Court of Appeals correctly held that the Marshall Internet Child Protection Act is consistent with the First Amendment to the United States Constitution; and
(2) Whether the Court of Appeals correctly held that the NetChaperone "off-limits" database is exempt from disclosure under the Marshall Freedom of Information Act.
Pursuant to the Parties' stipulation, the opinion of the Court of Appeals shall serve as the Record on Appeal to this Court.
