ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO APPEAL
The Supreme Court of the State of Marshall hereby grants Plaintiff, June Harper, leave to appeal the decision of the First District Court of Appeals in cause number 98-01-0104, affirming the Howard County Circuit Court’s award of judgment in favor of the Defendant, Magnum Corp.
The parties shall address the following issues on appeal:
(1) Whether the Court of Appeals correctly held that Plaintiff failed to establish a cause of action under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act; and
(2) Whether the Court of Appeals correctly held that Plaintiff failed to establish a cause of action for invasion of privacy.
Pursuant to stipulation by the parties, the opinion of the Court of Appeals shall serve as the record on Appeal to this Court.
